TAXMOBIL is working with grouped transport which is controlled by an extremely capable and efficient logistics computer system. According to the sort of vehicle in use, the car is able to reach a transport capacity which is at least ten times higher than any other single transport system. This fact reduces as well the number of necessary cars and because of this also the costs.

TAXMOBIL doesn’t have any own vehicles but uses the idle capacities of the taxi industry and the local public transport. Taxi companies charter out their cars on an hourly basis to the TAXMOBIL system. TAXMOBIL doesn’t count with cars but with car hours. No fixed costs and administrative costs for the car pool arise. The car costs correspond to 100 % to the current order volume.

TAXMOBIL is a prepaid system to 100 % and at the same time a service provider for masses. The absence of certain clients or groups doesn’t harm the economic strength of the company. There are no risks of deficit in payment.

An efficiency as high as possible and good cost-performance-ratio for the clients are ensured by clear regulations for transport with TAXMOBIL which are mentioned in the logistics concept, an early warning security concept and a high flexibility of the single components which adapt themselves to the real market and the clients’ demands.
Fact 6
Despite the centralized data processing, every city where TAXMOBIL will exist is autonomic and an independent profit centre. There is no need for a certain amount of cities to be working in order to get profitable. This model is known from the market leader of the fast-food industry.

Commercial and partner connections allow further income similar to the models of the fast-food, lifestyle and no-frills airlines industry.
Result
Right after the achievement of the so-called “critical mass” of clients, TAXMOBIL is earning more money than the company costs. Surveys and tests show that almost 70 % of the population could be potential clients. The calculation of TAXMOBIL refers to the cities and only has to reach the “critical mass” regarding the specific city.
